Request Account Deletion

You can request that your Kitani account and all associated data be permanently deleted by contacting us via email.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to:

mail@iwanfirmawan.my.id

Please include the following in your request:

  • Subject line: Account Deletion Request
  • Registered email address associated with your Kitani account

What Will Be Deleted

Upon processing your request, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Account profile (name, email, phone number)
  • Store information (for merchant accounts)
  • Order history
  • Transaction and balance records
  • Referral data
  • Follower/following relationships

What Happens Next

  • We will process your request within 14 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
  • After deletion, your account cannot be recovered

Note: If you have a merchant account with an active balance, please withdraw any remaining funds before submitting a deletion request. Pending balances cannot be recovered after account deletion.
